If you want things done in a timely manner, want a mechanic who will do what they say, don't call these people.
Have multiple interactions with these people, and highly suggest you go elsewhere. It's not that Mike is not capable, but he does not apply himself.
I was moving, and needed the work done, and he drug his rear end. So much so, that despite me not living there, I had to pay another month's rent(mind you, it took 2 months to get him there the first time)! Changed prices 3 times. And at the end of the day, he could not get the rear drums off to replace brake shoes. Took to another place, and the guy told me that it took 10 minutes to get them off, and it was standard procedure.
Then, told me he was gonna get my jeep and tow, and at the last minute, I had to find other accommodations! Despite his promise to take care of it.
Now, we all have bad days, right? Well, giving the benefite of the doubt, because he did good work on 2 other issues and he is a likable guy, I called them to take care of my wife's car. It was overheating.
Just so you know, I was a service tech at a dodge place over 30 years ago, and working 7 days a week, and this new stuff I'm not to up on, but he came and looked at her car for 5 minutes, didn't crank it and see what was going on, and said he needed to replace a part. Charged me $104!! 80 of it was to diagnose it, and was there 5 min. Wanted to charge me $400 to replace the thermostat housing!! 4 bolts, and three hose clamps!! I called to try to find out what they were thinking, and his wife treated me as if I was stupid!! I replaced the part in 30 min, and it did not fix the issue!!
It was a part that cost $35!! Took 10 minutes to replace!! And I replaced a part that cost me $111, that they were gonna charge me $150 for, and they get 1/2 off cause of his certification!!
They advertise"not a parts replacer, bit fix the problem"???
Buyer beware!!
He's not stupid, but some people should not work for themselves!!
So, hire them if you want to disregard what I just said. I'm sure you will hear them talk all kinds of trash, cause Noone wants their garbage out in the open, but I wouldn't hire these people to shovel the dog s**t in my yard!!
