🔧 2012 Hyundai Elantra – Power Steering & Belt System Repair

This 2012 Hyundai Elantra came into Revolution Auto Center after the power steering pump locked up, causing the serpentine belt to rip off.

A locked-up pulley or component can cause serious problems with the belt system, so we got to work replacing the damaged and necessary components.

🚨 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac – Wheel Bearing Replacement 🔧

This 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac came into our shop with the ABS light on and a loud screeching noise coming from the front end.

After inspecting the vehicle, we found that the passenger-side front wheel bearing was beginning to break apart and needed immediate attention.

⚠️ A failing wheel bearing is not something you want to ignore. If it continues to deteriorate, it can cause the wheel to develop excessive play, affect vehicle control, and in severe cases, lead to wheel separation and a serious accident.

We repaired the issue before it could get worse and help keep our customer’s vehicle safe and reliable on the road. ✅

🔧🚘 ANOTHER TRUCK BACK ON THE ROAD! 🚘🔧

📍 REVOLUTION AUTO CENTER

This 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 came into our shop with a serious problem: the truck would not move forward or backward and was making a nasty crunching noise! 😬

After speaking with the customer, we learned that other shops had recommended replacing the transmission, which would have been a pretty pricey repair.

💪 We decided to diagnose the problem before recommending an expensive repair.

🔍 WHAT WE FOUND:

After performing our diagnostic inspection, we discovered that the transfer case had suffered an internal failure. The transfer case contains an internal chain that transfers power, and unfortunately, the chain had failed.

🛠️ THE REPAIR:

✅ Replaced the faulty transfer case.

✅ Made sure everything was properly installed.

✅ Checked and topped off the necessary fluids.

✅ Verified proper operation after the repair.

🎉 THE RESULTS:

The nasty crunching noise is gone, and this Ram is moving forward and backward again without making that awful noise! 👍

The customer came in facing the possibility of an expensive transmission replacement, but a proper diagnosis revealed that the problem was actually the transfer case.

💯 MORAL OF THE STORY: Don’t replace expensive parts without properly diagnosing the problem first!

This 2010 Nissan Pathfinder came into our shop with the Check Engine Light illuminated. After performing several diagnostic tests, we found a malfunctioning EVAP canister purge valve.

Driving on dirt roads can allow dust and debris to accumulate around the EVAP system, potentially contributing to a clogged vent or affecting proper system operation.

This 2004 Chevy Silverado 4.3L V6 came into our shop because it was randomly shutting off when coming to a stop.

🛠️ After performing our diagnostic inspection, we found that the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor and Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor were faulty and not communicating properly.

✅ Replaced the faulty sensors
✅ Verified proper operation
✅ Vehicle running like it should again!

💯 After the repairs, this Silverado was running great! Looks like the customer decided he doesn’t need a brand-new truck after all! 😂🔧

Another E-150 serviced at Revolution Auto Center.

After a thorough inspection, we found several worn steering and suspension components that needed attention. We completed the following repairs:

• Inner Tie Rod Ends
• Outer Tie Rod Ends
• Sway Bar Bushings
• Sway Bar End Links

We replaced the worn components and thoroughly inspected the front end to ensure everything was properly installed and functioning as intended.
