🚘 Great Service Isn’t About Being Perfect. It’s About Doing What’s Right.
Another couple back on the road with four like new tires from riteON Tire Center.
This wonderful couple stopped in needing to replace their worn tires. We got them taken care of with a like new set of Paragon tires, professionally mounting and balancing all four.
🛞 Four quality tires, a fresh start, and another opportunity to earn our customers’ trust!
But this particular service came with a lesson worth sharing.
🔧 Sometimes, even with the proper precautions in place, things don’t go exactly as planned.
During the installation, one of the vehicle’s tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) sensors was accidentally damaged.
We could have made excuses, but that’s not how we believe in doing business.
We immediately took responsibility. Since TPMS replacement and programming aren’t services we currently offer, the customers visited another automotive service provider to have the sensor replaced and the system relearned.
riteON covered the cost. No excuses. No passing the responsibility to our customers.
