So the out of state hail people are starting to arrive. Some even set up at dealerships. Be sure you go to a reputable place who can be held accountable for the repairs. The out of state people will be long gone and you will have no recourse for broken interior parts from them. Many are not good at taking your vehicle apart appropriately and break things. Some who may even drill access holes in panels and then put black plugs in the holes. That is a dead giveaway of bad repairs. Just like your roof repairs, do your homework on who is repairing your car. It means the difference in the value of it later.

HAIL DAMAGE REPAIRS:
Please contact your insurance company first. Your insurance company probably has a process in place to handle catastrophe claims. If they want you to send in photos please do so. This will start the process and make you able to seek a repair facility quicker. Once they get you an estimate that will be the starting point. Photo estimates are usually significantly low. Don’t worry about that as long as you are getting your vehicle repaired. Shops will take care of any unaccounted for damage. The faster you get this process started the sooner your car can get repaired. With such a wide amount of damage the quicker the better. COVID has changed many procedures in our industry with how insurance companies handle claims.

It’s a good day to remind everyone that not only do we do collision repair but we do paintless dent repair too. We have on-site hail damage repair ability. When I say on-site I mean the same person day in and day out. Don’t be fooled by dealerships and side tent shows that have out of state people set up to do repairs. These people will be gone so no warranty for popped paint and broken interior pieces. Come the the professionals that know how to properly take your vehicle apart and properly repair it without DRILLING holes for access. Have a deductible on a hail claim while struggling to make ends meet, come see how we can help. We want your car repaired the right way the first time.
