Founded in 2004, DeatschWerks, LLC is a company dedicated to providing application specific, high-performance fuel systems solutions. Located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, DW operates out of its own 34,000 sq. facility that houses all of the company's functions including design/engineering, manuf

DeatschWerks' roots were established by offering high flow drop-in fitment fuel injectors for Nissan engines such as the popular SR20DET, VG30DETT, and VQ35DE. Soon thereafter, DW expanded to cover Subaru, Mitsubishi, and other popular sport compact makes. Today, the DeatschWerks line-up of fuel injectors includes over 250 applications and sizes that cover Sport Compact, Euro and Modern Muscle applications. In 2010 DeatschWerks entered a new territory when they released the DW300-series in-tank fuel pump. They now offer injectors, pumps, regulators, filters, rails and more for 100's of popular applications.

Now that our 2002 Silverado with the 4.3 V6 and 10L80e swap is on the road and driving well, we are turning our attention to getting the turbocharger setup on it ASAP to see what it can do!

Today we took the short trip to DeatschWerks local here in Oklahoma City to take a tour, show off our turbo 10L80e Hummer H2, and most importantly to get high quality fuel system parts for our new project!

Six 2200 CC Injectors, an adjustable regulator, a massive (in an impressively tiny package!) 810LPH brushless fuel pump, and all required adapters and pigtails, etc. We should have enough head room that when we do finally blow the 4.3 V6 and 4200 Atlas motor to bits it will be because of too much power and not because of a fuel system inadequacies.

We also slotted the hole in our ZR1 map sensor and bolted it directly onto the marine MPI intake and used a LS4 style to 3 bolt LS throttle body adapter to bolt the stock 4.3 throttle body on top. Stock throttle cable bracket will fit nicely as well with minor modifications, so this intake swap should be easy as can be.

We have expanded our carbureted fuel system lineup with PTFE dual feed fuel line kits and fittings designed to simplify installation and improve reliability. Unlike traditional rubber fuel lines, PTFE construction provides full ethanol compatibility while resisting fuel permeation, cracking, and degradation.

Available for 4150 and 4160-style carburetors, the kits feature pre-assembled PTFE hoses, hard-anodized components, and serviceable AN connections. Front and rear 1/8” NPT ports also provide convenient connection points for gauges, sensors, or nitrous feeds.
