We would like to sincerely thank each and every one of you for all your kind words this past horrible week, they have been seen and are so appreciated. We have made the decision to not open the shop on Friday as we need a few days to be with our family and process everything. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but do appreciate your understanding during this unbearable time. We will reopen Monday for business as usual. Cash Montroy's Garage, LLC is currently searching for a full-time Administrative Assistant. Hours will be Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be detail oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Ability to skillfully juggle multiple projects with superb precision
•Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks based on importance
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong sense of urgency
•Strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
• Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google apps and QuickBooks.
• Must Value Confidentiality.
• High School Diploma; preferred 3 years of QuickBooks experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
