Background of damage:
This vehicle came to us after a deer strike on the front driver’s side. The impact pushed the bumper up and in, left a noticeable sweep dent, and broke the headlight. Our team repaired the bumper, restored the shape, handled the paintwork, and installed a new headlight to bring it back to looking like new.

What we did (the Solution):
After the claim was filed, the customer told us they’d been dreaming of an upgraded front end. We handled the repairs, brought the car back to pre-accident shape, and got their dream bumper installed, all covered within the claim.

Sometimes a "little fender bender" doesn't seem like a big deal BUT sometimes it actually is.

Looking at the first picture the owner debated even making a claim.

Upon inspection, the tech found a severed wire, (pictured hanging out of the passenger fender). That is the end of the main wiring harness for the entire car. It had to be replaced which basically meant dismantling the entire vehicle and swapping the central nerve system out.

Had this not been caught the owner would have had to pay for it on his own down the road. The moral of the story is to always get damage professionally looked at to protect your investment.
