'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the shop
Not a tool was left whirring, not even a mop;
The stockings were hung by the stove catching fire,
In hopes that the fire department wasn’t summoned by wire;
The workers were all tickled to be away from their work,
While hopes of Tik-Tokers are forgetting to twerk;
Brady standing in the cold, in his vest and his boots,
Is waiting outside, with the dogs and their t***s,
When down the street there arose such a clatter,
I dashed to the curb to see what was the matter.
Away down the sidewalk, I ran like a flash,
Skidded around the street corner and happened a crash!
Santa had gotten into the eggnog, and fell into snow,
Telling the reindeer, they had to “get, go”.
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But old St. Nick cracking open a beer,
After some thinking, so lively and quick,
I called up my team, lickity split,
They didn't answer my call, but most did my text,
And so I hopped on the sleigh to go do my best;
"Now, DASHER! now, DANCER! now, PRANCER and VIXEN!
On, COMET! on CUPID! on, DONNER and BLITZEN!
On top of the sleigh, they ran us into a wall,
Fly on their own? NO! No, not at all…
As dry as winters have been, in Utah of late,
I think I need some wheels, as these skis will not skate,
So out to the shop, to work on the sleigh,
Hoping we can fix it, before comes the day.
The reindeer got tired, on this short little trek,
Dragging the sleigh in the sky, is easy as heck!
As I pulled round the corner, expecting things to be dark,
Lights on, tools ready, should be a walk in the park.
The team was all ready, to work like some elves
As they usually are, stocking the shelves;
Sarah and Hayden, at their tables are welding,
Hoping that metal, is the only thing melting;
Dallin is designing and cutting more parts,
While Heather’s in the office away from deer farts;
Cam and Jaxon are packing all presents with care,
Weighing down the sleigh, doubling the tare.
Carson is taking photos, to put on the gram,
Mrs. Claus says no; he says yes ma’am.
But a blink of his eye and a twist in his hands,
Let Shawn and I know, that there are other plans.
Chad spoke not a word, but went straight to his work,
That’s to expect of him; he isn't a jerk,
Powder coat finishes and parts get put back on,
We are looking to finish, before it is dawn!
Oh how Will thinks, colors are fun to spray,
They all looked perfect, as the sleigh flew away!
We finished in time, with the sun coming up,
Santa is sober, just some hiccups.
He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew, like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim, as he drove out of sight,
Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good-night!
If you made it through my silly version of the poem, then I appreciate you pushing through! More-so, I appreciate all you as customers do to help us grow and support us. Your business literally is our business. Your patience, and input is much appreciated as we strive to put the best products we can on the market.
My team is phenomenal, we are one big dysfunctional family, and we have fun building new products for you all!
I hope everyone is at home snug and safe, waiting for Santa to drop you some goodies!
Merry Christmas to you all!
