Thank you to all who attended the 2023 Sewell Leadership Event and made it one of our best years yet! We had an amazing time learning and growing with our fellow community members. Our annual Christmas Angel
Fund donated to by our incredible team members
helped us provide Christmas gifts for over 1,000 kids
across Andrews, Midland, and Odessa. This year, we
had 100 team shoppers donate their time to pick out
gifts for this year - the most we've ever had!

This Christmas, children will receive everything from
shoes and blankets to everyday necessities like
laundry supplies and hygiene items for children
considered homeless and toys and games for children
who otherwise wouldn't receive any. The Angel Fund is
one of the many ways our team members choose to
give back to the community we hold so dearly. It also
serves as a reminder to use our positions to serve
others who need it.

Big Serve 2022 was a huge success! Each year, team members from Andrews, Midland, and Odessa volunteer their time to participate in community service projects across our three communities. Big Serve was born out of a tough time in the company in 2009. Rather than focus on what wasn't going well for us, our team decided to focus outward on what others needed and how we could help.

This year, 600+ person-hours from over 250 team members and their families were dedicated to 10 different organizations. One of our core tenets at Team Sewell is servant leadership, and our team members exemplify this principle every day. Big Serve 2022 was just another opportunity for them to put this on display, and we hope the time they've given this year will touch more lives of our fellow community members than we may ever know.
