Part 4: Metal work and cab modifications on Neil 's 1990 dodge 4x4 conversion project.

Here Carsen is dressing down his welds, so the new metal blends in with the original floor.

This Truck was previously an Automatic Two Wheel drive, so we welded in a factory 4X4 Transmission tunnel. These modifications were required to make room for the G56 -
6 speed manual transmission.

This is one of my all time favorite vehicles and more of this style of build is definitely in our future projects, whether it be modern power or vintage.

The Cummins Tan 12 Valve and G56 transmission installed in the 3-link custom Dodge chassis. This First Gen started life as an automatic truck so we will be making room for the 6 speed manual gear box.
