We were proud to be part of the Tyson Resource Fair, where more than 1,000 attendees came together to explore new career opportunities and workforce resources.

The event created meaningful conversations with prospective students, community partners, and workforce organizations, while also highlighting the growing demand for Commercial Driver License (CDL) training in the region. We were especially encouraged by the strong interest from IowaWORKS and Illinois WorkNet, who anticipate referring students to our Moline location in the coming weeks.

· Lead classroom, yard, and road CDL Class A training
· Perform evaluations through checklists and observation, as well as documenting progress.
· Monitor student progress, identify any gaps and provide additional assistance as necessary.
· Maintain proper documentation, including daily attendance, tracking, evaluations, etc.
· Emphasize safety concepts, principles and procedures.
