My first experience attending the Triple Crown of Rodding in Tennessee couldnāt have been better.
Iāve put together a few of my favorite photos from the show, starting with two of my favorite interiors and then working my way through some of the incredible builds that caught my attention throughout the day.
One of my first stops was Morgan's Auto Trim. A huge thank you to their team for taking the time to show me around their booth and talk with me about their interior product program. Iāve enjoyed following their work and posts for a few years since first meeting them at SEMA, so it was great to reconnect and get a closer look at what theyāre doing.
What really stood out to me about Triple Crown was the concept behind the show itself. I believe this may be the first show Iāve attended where the emphasis felt completely centered around the build and the builders. The craftsmanship, creativity, engineering, design, and countless hours invested into each vehicle were truly the stars of the event.
As someone who works in the automotive and soft trim industry and operates an upholstery school, I couldnāt appreciate that approach more.
I also want to recognize several of the builders I had the opportunity to meet and speak with during the show. Each one was willing to share some insight into their builds, their processes, and the details that made their vehicles stand out:

Having someone who understands the industry and the products at this level point out some of the key details and features on builds theyāre involved with made the experience that much more valuable.
All in all, Triple Crown was an incredible show, high energy, extremely well executed, and with an intense focus on quality and craftsmanship.
This is exactly the type of event I want Twisted Artisan Interior Trim Academy to be a part of. After experiencing it as an attendee this year, Iām seriously considering coming back next year as a vendor and bringing the school directly into the mix. And this post wouldnāt be complete without recognizing the publications and media outlets that continue to support what weāre doing. A huge thank-you to Street Trucks, C10 Builders Guide, F-100 Series, Diesel World, and the many other national publications that have gotten behind me and helped promote the school and the craft of automotive interiors.
