This ’70 Chevelle SS454 is the LS6 Pilot Car – the earliest LS6 known to exist. It bid up to $275,000, but the bidding stopped there – a no-sale. The Bid Goes On…

Talk about something completely different for our Camaro post today! Check out this beauty. Not an SS, not a Z/28, but a very clean, 307-powered, automatic transmission-equipped ’69 Camaro convertible. Now that’s pretty cool!

The car was part of Mecum’s very recent Monterey auction, and ended up selling for $79,200.
