Finishing up another one. 250/100s and new cups, in-house t4 mount with Borg 364.5sxe, dual bosch fuel system, sdk tunes.
Have enough to do a few more t4 kits for super duty trucks if anyone local to Massachusetts wants to get one installed.

A good photo showing the mounting and some of the design thoughts that went into our fuel system bracket. The u channel design allows plenty of room for unobstructed e brake cable clearance. The universal bolt on style allows your to place the system nearly anywhere on the truck frame and go as high (for ground clearance) or as low (to show off) as you'd like. Leaving the bottom of the frame open allows you to work around accessories like traction bar mounts like shown.

"What's the difference between the cheapskate budget and premium kits?" All are regulated return/bowl delete fuel systems but use different parts and end user assembly. We broke it down into 3 parts (engine, pump/filter and wiring) to help explain the differences.

Cheapskate (obs only)
Engine: The original engine lines and pressure regulator are reused with adapters to make a low cost regulated return/bowl delete
Pump and filters: Diy assembly of filters, fittings and pump with our simple raw mounting bracket.
Wiring: Diy assembly of relay kit and wiring connections.

Budget
Engine: Original lines and regulator are replaced with our stainless hardlines and fuelab adjustable regulator.
Pump and filters: Diy assembly of filters, fittings and pump with our simple raw mounting bracket.
Wiring: Diy assembly of relay kit and wiring connections.

Premium
Engine: Original lines and regulator are replaced with our stainless hardlines and fuelab adjustable regulator.
Pump and filters: Pre assembled unit comes with stainless hardline connections between pump and filters
Wiring: Pre assembled relay harness with heat shrink connections.

We often get asked, "what pump should I choose for my 7.3 efuel/fuel system". Since we try to offer every viable pump available it can be confusing.

First up is the default pump in our kits the walbro gsl392. It is the lowest cost option but still can flow enough fuel for up to 250/200 injectors.
The downside is they are extremely sensitive to restriction and/or improper installation. Commonly restricted obs dual tank systems or superduty tank pickups can cause premature failure on these pumps and due to that the warranty is extremely limited. Single tanks with sumps or drawstraws greatly increase these pumps lifespans over stock pickups and dual tank systems.
We recommend this pump more for people with weekend fun trucks.

Next is the very popular oem bosch 69136, which is the oem pump in 99-03 superduty trucks. These are the most reliable pump we offer and can support roughly 400rwhp (160/30 injectors). These pumps are much more tolerant of dual tanks and stock tank pickups versus the walbro.
We recommend this pump for everyone from stock to 400rwhp.

Aem 380/400 based on the Bosch 044 frame these are a great option for higher hp trucks. Solidly supports 350/200 650+hp. These pumps can only be run with single tanks with sumps or drawstraws.
More recommended for weekend fun trucks but reliability isn't bad due to the mandatory sump or drawstraw.

Fuelab prodigy 41401
Top of the line pump and can support any injector available for a 7.3. (Single tank and sump or drawstraw only) This is a two speed pump which comes wired to low speed by default (roughly 650hp) but a switch can be added to activate high speed (roughly 1000hp)

We commonly get asked or hear "how come efuel kits cost so much? My friend built his for 2-300$
Now while this is true and doable many shortcuts are taken and factory parts reused to make this happen.
Our current kits and other top brand's kits do not take these shortcuts and set out to replace as many factory parts as possible with solid hand fabricated aftermarket pieces and brand name components. It's misleading to say a home built 2-300$ system is comparable to a $800+ premium product, apples and oranges.
However people asked and we didn't disagree that there was a market need for a cut down, cheap build your own fuel system kit with the convenience of not having to source all the parts.
Here's a first look at that kit, nicknamed

"The Cheapskate" for 94.5-97 obs

-twin spin on wix filters, bases, filter bracket and wiring harness from our budget kit
-adapts to factory fuel lines banjo bolt and reuses factory pressure regulator (tightwad mod) and front flexible return lines to create a simple regulated return/bowl delete. This also saves time during the install by avoiding accessing and changing the fittings in the cylinder heads.
-15ft parker pushlok
-aftermarket "oem sd copy" fuel pump standard
-necessary hardware and fittings as well as oem ford banjo seals.
-fuelab regulator and upgraded pumps will be options

Disclaimers
Your factory engine lines and pressure regulator must be in good shape as you may create leaks during install.
As with all our kits we recommend above average mechanical skills and 7.3 knowledge.
Very limited warranty coverage due to mostly all field assembled parts. This is above all a low cost kit.
