⚠️ NOR’EASTER ALERT — STORM PREPARATION REQUIRED ⚠️

A significant nor’easter is expected to affect Long Island beginning late Thursday and continuing through the weekend, bringing several days of strong north and northeast winds.

All boat owners should secure their vessels by Thursday afternoon:

• Inspect and tighten dock lines
• Add spring lines and chafe protection
• Properly position and secure fenders
• Remove or secure canvas, cushions and loose equipment
• Check batteries and automatic bilge pumps
• Clear cockpit drains and scuppers
• Secure shore-power connections

If there’s something that’s been bothering you—an intermittent electrical issue, weak battery, pump problem, engine alarm, reduced A/C flow, electronics issue, leak, vibration, or anything else—now is the time to have us take a look.
