Family is at the heart of Frog Pond Performance!š What started with a vision and a whole lot of hard work has grown into more than just a business. Itās a family legacy. Benjie has always believed that success is built on hard work, doing things the right way, and taking care of the people around you. Those are values he has worked hard to instill in all of his children, and today, you can see that legacy taking shape in two very different ways.
Cody is working his way through the shop, learning every side of the business and stepping into greater leadership responsibilities as he prepares to one day take over the role his dad built. Caleb has taken a different path, pursuing his passion for the outdoors as a wildlife biologist. While you may not find him in the shop every day, his love for the outdoors, his work ethic, and the values he was raised with are every bit a part of the family legacy. Different paths, different passions, but the same foundation.
Benjie couldnāt be prouder of the people his children have become, and it shows!š„¹ From Cody carrying the business into the next generation, to Caleb following his passion, and Callie (his favorite childš¤Ŗ) helping tell the Frog Pond story through marketing and social media, each of us has found our own way to be part of what our dad built. He taught us that family matters, hard work matters, and that whatever path we choose, we should give it our all. Frog Pond Performance has always been about more than cars. Itās about people, relationships, hard work, and most importantly, family. And thereās something pretty special about watching the next generation become part of the story.
