📢Big news from Euro Speed Automotive & Diesel!
❗️WE’RE BACK❗️🎉

We’ve officially found a new location and although we are still finishing our move, we are now back in full operation!

We’re now scheduling appointments for maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on most makes and models, including diesel vehicles and AC Systems!

We have openings as early as this week!

We are now located in Milwaukie Oregon, at 2420 SE CLATSOP ST.

Thank you to everyone for your patience and continued support during the transition. We’re excited to be back in the shop and look forward to helping both returning and new customers.

Needless to say, this Audi needed some work,
But nothing we couldn’t handle!

Vehicle arrived with misfire/timing codes and was diagnosed with a bad timing chain guide as well as a stretched chain on bank 2 causing the cam timing to be off.

This 2013 Audi Q7 3.0 TFSI received a full timing chain job including all 4 chains, tensioners and
guides, all gaskets, as well as a full service, at only 75k miles!

A timing chain replacement on this vehicle requires engine removal as the chains are located on the rear of the engine sandwiched between the engine and transmission! The book calls for a mere 26 hours for this job!

These engines put out great power and are reasonably stout, with one caveat.
The timing chains/guides/tensioners are prone to failure and will usually result in anything from timing chain rattle on startup, to timing issues and a rough running engine.

That being said we are happy to have been able to remedy this issue and gain another happy customer!
