ROAD IS OPEN

Morning all! Not sure when the road will be back open today but Hwy 201 is closed right here by the store headed towards Adrian. They are replacing a culvert in the drainage ditch.

Any easy detour is go up Owyhee Ave take a left on heritage and take another left on River Rd. That will get you back on track towards Adrian!

🍔 Let us walk you through how we build a burger around here.

First, those fries go straight into the beef tallow for a nice little bath. 🛁 While they’re doing their thing, we grab one of our beef balls — Desert Mountain wagyu or Browns Buffalo depending on what you’re feeling (both local, both 🔥) — press her down and SMASH it. Beef tallow and salt on the meat. That’s it.

Ciabatta from Stone Ground in Ketchum, Idaho gets buttered up and run through our vertical bun toaster. Lettuce on. Secret weapon sauce. Pepper jack cheese. (Tomatoes and grilled onions are an option — some of us are just selective about it 😂)

Wrap the whole thing up with those tallow-bathed fries and you’ve got yourself a Rock Store burger. Now stuff your face and enjoy. 🤌
