7. Any customized orders must be paid for in full prior to the start of production. Your order will not begin production without payment. All custom orders are sold as is they are custom made absolutely no refunds or exchanges. A lot of time, effort, and money goes into making these items for you so I ask that you be respectful of that. Please remember this is my business and I do ask that everyone respects that. I appreciate all the love and support from all of you!!
