Weāve always believed that buying a car shouldnāt feel like something you have to āsurvive.ā
Too often, people walk into a dealership expecting to be pressured, passed from person to person, negotiate for hours, or wonder if theyāre really getting the best advice for them. We try to do it differently.
Our job isnāt to convince someone to buy a car. Our job is to help them make the right decision. Sometimes that means a new Cadillac. Sometimes it means keeping the one they have. Sometimes it means waiting.
What matters is that when they leave, they feel good about the decision and good about the people they made it with.
That takes transparency. It takes listening. It takes knowing when to talk and when to simply let someone think. And most importantly, it takes treating people like people, not transactions.
That philosophy applies to everyone here, too. Sales, service, parts, management, detail, reception - every person plays a role in the experience.
Because a great customer experience isn't about winning one deal.
Itās about earning the next phone call.
The next service visit.
The next vehicle.
And, hopefully, the recommendation to a friend.
Thatās what a relationship looks like.
Cadillac has been expressing a version of that commitment to craftsmanship, hospitality and American luxury for more than a century. We have an opportunity every day to carry that legacy forward, not just through the cars we sell, but through how we make people feel.
At the end of the day, thatās what I want people to remember about us.
Not that we sold them a Cadillac.
That we took care of them.
