Of late there have been A LOT of posts regarding very bad and in some cases devastating experiences folks have had with a local manufactured and modular home dealer located here in Oxford Hills. After letting the dust settle a little, we feel it is time to chime in and state:

Dave’s North Country Homes has been in business for over 25 years, has a solid and strong reputation and can provide verifiable references if you want them. We offer full general contractor services and can even help you locate land if you need it. We have our own set team meaning your home is placed properly, securely, and weather tight on your foundation or concrete slab.

Our products include manufactured (HUD Approved) Pine Grove single and double wide homes. Ranch, cape, colonial, chalet and fully custom modular homes from Custom Building System, Pleasant Valley and KBS Building Systems.
If you are looking to downsize we can help with an ADU (accessory dwelling unit) and for hunters, outdoors folks, camps and the like we offer Fort Creek Cabins.

Steve Merrill and Kevin Swan, our two project managers, have over 100 years of combined experience in the housing industry and are well-versed in all areas of home construction. They are detail oriented, focused on cost control and are dedicated to ensuring sure all customers have a great home buying/building experience.
