I had already done my research and knew exactly which Audi I wanted, and before I even stepped foot in the dealership, Yoshin was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions and sending pictures and videos of the car so I could feel confident moving forward. She was great to work with, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely fun throughout the whole process, which made buying a car feel exciting instead of stressful.
