We strive to make sure that our customers are happy before and after the purchasing of a vehicle, as well as our servicing of all vehicles. We are a family owned and operated dealership that has been helping people get good quality used vehicles for over 15 years now. We have accomplished many things in the past 15 years of business. With one of our greatest accomplishments of being the number 1 business award from Milan Ohio in 2010, and most recently Smiley Automotive was awarded the Ohio Independent Automotive Dealer Association's 2013 Quality Dealer of the Year!
