Since some people are concerned and not thrilled with the new page location I would like to add to the explanation for the change. The current page was created by a moderator that we cannot identify, there are many aspects to the page that we can't edit or change since we are not the creators or moderators of the page. We felt our best option would be to let this page exist out of respect to Greg and the history of the track as Barberton Speedway. Things change and change is here, some will agree and some will not. We intend on running the following divisions plus some specials.
Late Models (approx. 12 races)
Open Mods (approx. 10 races)
CRS trucks (approx. 5 races)
Open / Crate street stocks
Compacts
Trophy stocks
Legends
Bandos
Ace League

A full schedule will come soon along with specific rule packages.

Legend / Bando teams. Please let me know if you want tires, an Inex license will be required to purchase in 2024. We also will have front slotted legend rotors if anyone is interested. We have a couple of rear disc kits still available. Thank you!

As most of you know, the City of Norton Zoning board approved our request to operate. We appreciate all of the friends, family, fans and racers that have shown such strong support and helped this happen. Thank you and stay tuned!

Happy Thursday! As many of you know we go back to the Norton Zoning Board on Friday (3/01/24) for the approval or denial of Norton Raceway Park operating in 2024. Again, I encourage anybody and everybody that wants to come to the meeting, please attend. At the previous meeting the board was very receptive and patient with everyone that wanted to speak and we appreciate that, let's hope for the best and get this season started. Thank you.

Tomorrow at 6:00 p.m. we go to the zoning meeting that will greatly determine the future of the racetrack. We have hope but no promise of the outcome. We expect a lot of support at the meeting and appreciate the huge amount of support. Please remember we need to be respectful of everyone's opinion, it is the way that process works. It looks like a warm February day and I look forward to seeing all of you there! Thank you very much!!!
