There are still important steps in the process:

🏡 Submitting documentation/verification of documents- full approval
🏡 Finding the perfect home
🏡 Land preparation & site evaluations
🏡 Permits & necessary inspections
🏡 Home construction (if you're custom ordering)
🏡 Delivery, setup & final completion

Some of these steps can happen quickly, while others may take longer than expected. Every customer's situation is different!
