A customer gave Elizabeth this hummingbird feeder, and we're putting it up today so she can watch for visitors throughout the summer.

It's small acts of kindness like this that remind us how fortunate we are to serve such a wonderful community.

This week is a great reminder to recognize the people who collect, process, and manage our waste and recycling every day. 💚

We'd like to thank our drivers, helpers, transfer station employees, recycling workers, and everyone else who helps keep our communities clean.

And thank you to our customers for doing their part by recycling correctly and safely.

A surprise visitor on this week's route. 💚🐢 🚛

While making one of our pickups, we spotted this turtle hard at work laying eggs. We gave her plenty of space and let her finish her important job before carrying on with ours.

One of the best parts of being out on the road every day is getting to witness moments like this. You never know what you'll come across on the route.

🚛 We’re Hiring! Join the Team at AGH Disposal & Recycling

AGH Disposal & Recycling is looking to add another full-time team member to our growing company!

This position is primarily running our trash truck and helping with related labor throughout the day. Most weeks are Monday through Thursday, with some Friday hours as needed.

What we’re looking for:
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Reliable, hardworking, and able-bodied
• Someone comfortable with early mornings, fast-paced work, and heavy lifting

There is also opportunity to move into driving one of our hooklift dumpster trucks as we continue to grow and purchase newer equipment.

This is a great opportunity to join a local family-owned business that’s continuing to grow. Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
