Are you interested in track cycling or racing, but not sure where to start? Consider attending our popular annual Women’s Introduction to Track Cycling Clinic #1, this Saturday May 30th. This clinic will introduce the track bicycle, velodrome basics, proper track etiquette, and will feature mock track racing, training techniques and group riding skills.

This clinic is led by Francine Haas, a category 2 track racer with multiple state and masters championship titles and medals.

The Women’s Introduction to Track Clinic will take place on two Saturdays in 2026!
Saturday May 30th (rain date May 31st)
Saturday July 11th (rain date July 12th)

Cost: $10
Registration: Online at registration.erv.veloreg.com
Clinic: 8:30 am-12 pm

What to bring - helmet and cycling shoes, track bike with pedals, appropriate cycling gear.

Loaner track bikes are available (bring your own shoes and pedals).

USAC license is NOT required

Racer Director Update:

We are a just week away from the start of the 2026 season!

Please, please, please make sure your USA Cycling membership and license* are renewed today. With the transition of membership services to the Sport 80 platform, we will be getting the current rider database only once a week this season on Fridays. That means if you renew from the weekend through Thursday we (Josh) will need to manually enter your registration in the system on Thursday nights which is obviously not ideal! Please save yourself the headaches and renew now!

This upcoming Monday May 11th is number pick up and bike swap from 6 to 8 pm at the track. Please come early and get your number! This will save you time on your first night of racing! Also feel free to bring any bike parts you want to sell as we will be holding a bike swap again.

Monday Intro Clinics have a new format for 2026. We are focusing on 3 session types which will rotate through the season (website will be updated). The sessions are: jumps, mass starts, and standing starts. Each session will focus on relevant drills and mock racing as applicable for the skill type. If you are an experienced racer, you may be better served attending our Tuesday Open Training nights which start next Tuesday May 12th.

We can't wait to see you in 2026!

*When renewing your license, you will need to renew both your USA Cycling Membership AND Race License. The Race License is not valid without a Membership.
