2015 S4 cat delete.

This one came in with the cats falling apart. This can cause serious issues due to increased backpressure.

We decided to remove the cat material for now to keep the engine safe.

I also reinforced all the welds as they are known for cracking and failing.

After a coat of hi temp paint, they were ready for reinstallation.

We were able to deliver these to Genesis Automotive Performance and Parker Brown's Garage today so now we will post them on here since it won't spoil the surprise! These are probably 2 of my favorite things that we have made with our lasers. We first removed the coating with the C02 and then went to the fiber to do the nice black logos on each of the tumblers. We will be offering this wrap on our website later this week but you can also message us to order one with or without personalization until that time. As with all of our other products we offer discounts on larger quantities!

The ends line up so perfectly. You'd never guess I have .187" of 2x3 steel tubing under that Herculiner.

Now to do the other side....maybe next weekend. 🥵

Almost ready to start stitching it in! Just need to do a little more fitting to get the bottom gaps to go away.

The ends will get angle cut and capped.

A small patch panels will need made to fill in where I cut out some rust in the rear door jamb area.

The front fender was cut off where it bolts the the original rocker. I'll be welding on some spring tabs for dzus fasteners to retain the bottom of the fender once I'm done welding the steel tube in.
