Smaller vehicles:

The initial application of Woolwax counts the most. Your car may look small but have $300-400 quote. The older it is the more rust it’ll have. Im not going to just coat over what’s already flaking. Im going to needle scale that rust. Usually it’s starting on the subframe welds within year 1 unprotected. By year 2-3 those welds and seams have rust popping through with bubbled or cracked paint. I address all of that properly. Then most cars, Subarus, Toyotas Hyundai, Kia fords have all their own ways of fastening the plastic undertrays to the cars’s bottom side. (80-90% of the underside is covered in plastic). The time is taken to properly remove those and properly re-install them after Woolwax application. A few rusted/seized 6mm bolts stuck in the 10mm socket can be the enemy. Turning what the customer expects to be quick, a longer process.

Just up from South Carolina, this short wheelbase GMT800. A repeat customer Making sure the good old ones last. Cleaned it up and coated it with “Woolwax clear” per customer request. The Woolwax Started soaking in to the seasoned frame and will likely darken as it gets driven. Check it out!
As always the spare was dropped and coated and the skid pans were removed.

Here’s a local truck I saw, not even that old. Imagine if it was properly Woolwaxed since new. I’d be surprised if it’s around much longer, and it’s only about 10 years old. New and used trucks are too expensive to just let rust away to nothing. Contact Agnello’s undercoating for a quote on undercoating. I’ll say it again…. This warm weather is the best time of year for applications! It’s never too late to prevent rust. New vehicles to classics we spray it all!

Beat the Fall Rush:
Why Spring & Summer are Best for Woolwax Undercoating
As the warmer months arrive, it is the ideal time to schedule your vehicle’s first Woolwax application or annual touch-up.
Applying undercoating during the spring and summer offers distinct advantages for your vehicle's protection:
* **Optimal Product Performance:** Warmer temperatures allow WoolWax to migrate and creep more effectively, ensuring it deeply saturates the underbody, tight seams, and hard-to-reach areas of your vehicle.
* **Superior Durability:** Unlike standard undercoatings, WoolWax is a heavy-duty, lanolin-grease-based formula. It will not dry out, wash off, or drip, providing a resilient barrier against the elements.
* **Attentive Service:** Booking ahead of the busy autumn season ensures that your vehicle receives maximum attention to detail without the constraints of the fall rush.
As an independent, locally owned shop, my priority is delivering exceptional, high-quality workmanship on every vehicle. By scheduling your appointment during the spring or summer, you help me balance the seasonal workload while ensuring your vehicle receives the thorough, superior protection it deserves.
**Secure your vehicle's protection ahead of winter. Contact me today to schedule your appointment.**
