Intella Homes is also a GVEA Home Sense provider. The Home Sense program cost the member $19.95 and an energy auditor (me) will come to their house and find where power is being consumed and offer suggestion as well as install items which can save the member hundreds of dollars every year. Items installed at audits include up to 12 cfl bulbs, 1 LED bulb, fridge brush, fridge thermometer, car timer

, smart power strip and if the member has an electric water heater they may also be eligible for a water heater blanket, faucet aerators and shower heads/ wands.
