Our third hypercar represents a different approach. While Venom GT and Venom F5 explored the outer limits of speed and performance, Blackbird was created around something equally compelling: the connection between driver, machine, and road.
At its heart is an all-new naturally aspirated 6.2-liter V8 developed with Ilmor Engineering, targeting 800โ850 horsepower and more than 9,000 rpm. Paired exclusively with a six-speed gated manual transmission, rear-wheel drive, an all-new bespoke full-carbon chassis, and a target weight of less than 3,000 pounds, Blackbird delivers performance through purity rather than complexity.
Inspired by the legendary SR-71 Blackbird, its design translates aerospace influence into a modern Hennessey design language, from its disciplined surfacing and elegant body lines to active vertical stabilizers that deploy automatically at 71 mph. Inside, the philosophy remains the same: a screen-free cockpit centered around a large analog tachometer, exposed shift linkage, physical controls, and a driving experience that rewards participation.
Engineered to comfortably cover more than 800 miles in a day, Blackbird combines breathtaking performance with genuine touring capability, offering increased cabin space, luggage capacity for two full-size carry-on bags, adaptive suspension, and thoughtful practicality without compromising its analog character.
