Looking for farm land and/or cattle pasture to rent for organic row crop production around North Manchester, Roann, Urbana, Silver Lake or West side of South Whitley. We will transition conventional ground to certified organic.
We currently raise organic corn, organic soybeans, and run a registered angus cow calf herd. We use a list of cover crops for the winter months and transitional years.
We also have modern w**d control options for organic equipment such as camera guided row crop cultivators, electric w**d zapper, and propane burners. We use manure, organic approved fertilizer and soil testing to maintain and improve ground/soil health to raise productive crops.
We offer very competitive rates and look for 5+ year contracts. 100% organic with no conventional fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides.
