We got it pulled in for a full service, got the maintenance wrapped up, and then got to work on the tuning. We replaced the old-style tune with a fresh re-tune and loaded up a custom transmission tune to match. 🔊 ANOTHER ONE BACK ON THE ROAD! 🛠️💥

We had a customer bring in his Duramax after dealing with a nasty, loud CLUNK every time he let off the throttle and got right back on it.

After getting it up on the lift and taking it for a spin, our team pinpointed the exact issue: the rear end gears were set up completely wrong!

Here is how we fixed it up right:

Pulled the rear diff apart

Installed a fresh ring and pinion set

Replaced all the bearings with brand-new hardware
Full rear-end rebuild from the ground up

Now, this Duramax is back on the pavement, shifting smooth, and running strong—zero clunks, zero headaches! 🚛💨
