Boost pressure is only useful if your charge-air system can handle it.

This 2019-2024 RAM 6.7L Cummins is running PPE’s Hot and Cold Side Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit.

The kit replaces the factory charge piping with a more robust setup connecting the turbo, intercooler, and engine while keeping airflow moving through the system.

The hot side handles compressed air from the turbo. The cold side carries that air back toward the engine after it passes through the intercooler.

The PPE HEMI Cat-Back for the 2009-2018 RAM 1500 5.7L V8 uses 304 stainless steel, a 3-inch mandrel-bent inlet, chambered muffler, 2.5-inch over-axle pipes, and 4-inch tips.

It is designed to reduce exhaust back pressure and improve engine volumetric efficiency while giving the HEMI a deep exterior tone without the drone during cruising.

Rear or side-exit tip configuration gives you some flexibility with the final setup.

Transmission temperatures climbing? The restriction might be hiding in the cooling path.

The factory thermal bypass valve can restrict fluid flow to the transmission cooler. PPE’s billet aluminum Thermal Bypass Valve is designed to maximize flow to and from the cooler while adding a serviceable neodymium magnetic plug to help capture ferrous debris.

More fluid flow through the cooling system means the cooler has a better opportunity to do its job.

The 8L90 transmission behind the GM 2.7L can rely on a small factory heat exchanger that uses hot engine coolant for temperature control.

PPE takes a different approach.

This auxiliary transmission cooler features a massive 231 cubic-inch all-aluminum bar-and-plate core that uses ambient air to dissipate heat. The result is a potential temperature drop of up to 50°F.
