2020 Keystone Cougar came in with known water damage as the customer was told about a soft spot. Upon inspection there was indeed a couple soft spots on both rear corners. The right side water intrusion made it's way down the inner structure causing delamination to the side wall. We dried everything out, new insulation, wood and adhesive to the side wall, ready for a FlexArmor Roof! This unit will be leaving with a Lifetime Guaranteed Roof for years of worry free camping.

Once again, a water damaged Grand Design rolled in and will be rolling out today to be enjoyed by these full-time RV living folks. We were challenged with repairing a custom-built truck roof that was built less than a year ago and was extremely rotted due to the installation of a porous conventional truck bedliner. This is a prime example of why truck bedliner liner belongs in the bed of a truck, not on the roof of your rv
