Kate drives from Somersworth to North Hampton and wrote, “Derek and his team are the best around!” ⭐

She’s been coming to us for years and called out Sam and Billy for making the process smooth and friendly.

Her review also said the team is “reliable, no BS, get the job done and do a damn good job.” We probably couldn’t say it better ourselves.

Thanks, Kate. We appreciate every mile you drive to get here.

An insurance estimate is a starting document. 📄

Once we pre-wash, scan, measure, and disassemble the vehicle, hidden damage can change the repair plan. We take photos, pull factory procedures, list the added parts, and send the documentation for review.

Your deductible comes from your policy, so keep that number handy when you open a claim.

Rental limits matter too. A 30-day allowance can run out before a complex repair is finished, especially when parts take longer than expected.

Questions about a claim? Call 603-926-1900 and talk with our team.

Monday morning usually has several different repair conversations happening at once. 🛠️

One car is opened up, one is in body work, another is waiting for paint, and another is getting its final checks.

Parts carts follow the vehicle. Repair notes follow the parts. Every stage has a handoff, and every handoff gets checked before the car moves ahead.

The shop looks busy because careful repair work has a lot of steps.

Somewhere, a clipboard is missing its pen. Again.

Michelle told us the team went “above and beyond to find the necessary parts” for her repair. 🙌

She appreciated the quick intake, regular updates, help with the parts search, and having Hertz in the same building. That rental setup saves a separate trip on a day that already has enough errands.

Her closing line was pretty clear: “Committed Collision should be your first and last call.”

Thank you, Michelle. We’re grateful we could make the process easier.

Those black-and-white boards around the car are calibration targets. 🎯

They give the vehicle’s cameras and radar fixed reference points so the systems can be set back to factory specs.

After collision repair, windshield work, suspension changes, or wheel alignment work, calibration may be required. These systems control lane-centering, blind-spot alerts, automatic braking, and cruise control that adjusts speed.

A camera that sits a little off can read the lane a little wrong. On a busy New Hampshire highway, that matters.

A collision shop has a lot of moving parts, and half of them aren’t attached to a car yet. 🔧

Panels sit on carts, repair orders follow each vehicle, and somebody is always checking what’s ready for the next step.

That walk across the floor might mean checking parts, answering a tech’s question, or making sure a vehicle is headed to the right bay.

Good repairs depend on those handoffs being clear.

And yes, somebody is probably looking for the 10mm socket.

Emma called it “the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop!” ⭐

She said the team emailed updates 1 to 3 times a week without being asked, and the repair timing estimate was spot on. That kind of contact matters when your car is apart and your normal week has gone sideways.

Emma also said everyone, from the front office to the mechanics, was kind and respectful.

Thanks, Emma. We’re glad your car came back looking like new.

That missing bumper is giving us useful information. 🔍

Behind it are radiator supports, crash sensors, wiring, air guides, lamp mounts, brackets, and several expensive pieces of plastic that never enjoy meeting another car.

A front-end hit can shift one mount and crack another piece a few inches away. The first estimate covers the damage we can see. Teardown turns that into a full repair plan.

When more damage appears, we photograph it, pull the repair procedure, price the needed parts, and send the added work to the insurance company for review.

Questions after a front-end hit? Call us at 603-926-1900.

Two techs standing over one repair usually means somebody spotted a detail worth a second look. 👀

Maybe it’s panel fit. Maybe it’s a clip sitting wrong, a wire routed too close to an edge, or a body line that needs another adjustment.

A 5-minute shop-floor huddle can prevent a rattle, crooked gap, warning light, or return visit later.

The bay stays busy. The measuring tape still gets the last word.

William wrote: “Great customer service, professional work, paint matching and body lines.” 🙌

Paint match and body lines are where your eye lands first, especially under the August sun on Route 1. Those details have to look right from several angles, not only inside the shop.

His last line made our week: “Committed Collision has a customer for life.”

Thanks, William. We appreciate the trust.
