HONEST COSMETIC-CONDITION DISCLOSURE

The cosmetic flaws have been deliberately pointed out and photographed so prospective buyers can clearly see what they are purchasing. The damage shown in the photographs has not been digitally removed or concealed.
The upholstery remains soft, pliable and usable. The vinyl’s outer finish has visible surface checking or crazing, but it is not dried out, brittle or suffering from dry rot.
