Noah's Gen1 Coyote Swapped Foxbody
Doing all the work himself, Noah has built one seriously clean street car that backs up the looks with performance.
One of the biggest upgrades on the list was the new TKX transmission that the guys over at Hanlon Motorsports helped set him up with after the original transmission was no longer up to the task of handling his driving style — or the power the combo was making after adding a 120mm cold air intake, high-flow exhaust system, Ford Performance 55 lb fuel injectors, and E85 fuel into the mix.
Using HP Tuners software and their RTD device, we remotely tuned the car after Noah had completed the new setup, optimizing the calibration to ensure it ran its absolute best and reached its full potential. Once the tuning was finalized, he brought the car to the shop and strapped it to the Mustang Dynamometer to see exactly what kind of power the combination was putting down.
After we finished on the dyno, we wanted to see what the car could do in real world conditions. So, Noah took it out to the local 1/8-mile track on true street tires and ran a solid 6-second pass.
After laying down that impressive 6 second pass, he clicked on the A/C, cruised out of the track, and drove the car home.
That’s what a real street car is all about.
