Wow, what a two week period It has been. The move at least there is done and we have gotten completed everything we need to start performing work again. Had four things we need to clear up that were minor with the fire marshal and had our business license issued within an hour or so of that and I am very grateful for how attentive Dorchester County was. First car went on the rack yesterday. I’m so grateful to all the support from my family and friends that help us through this journey. When I reached out for help through Facebook for able Body persons to help, I was not disappointed. The hard work that these people put in for us was incredible. We just all kept going until we got it all moved. Thank you too, Kevin Scott, Dewayne Murray, Linda Rumph, Keith Engram, Greg Bell, Jermell Davis, Tracy Johnson, Kuke, Janica, Jose and many more for the labor they provided or the source of the labor. I truly would not have been able to get this done without you unless it took me another month.

It’s bittersweet being here all these years. But more and more the confidence grows about the potential of what you could do in the future.

I will not miss the sweeping companies Hills of debris….

I will not miss all of the potholes in the road that has never been repaired properly over the years that I’ve been here.

I will not miss the water that rushes down this hill. My crew and I have done some amazing recoveries keeping our business afloat, pun intended.

I will miss very dearly being next to some of the best neighbors. A guy could ever have at Hydrick services(Michael Barber), global international palating(Norris), Honda Medics(Jermell Davis), Donnie construction, and even Seal Master...

So, like the sign says, and if you haven’t figured it out by now and didn’t see the other post, Total MINI & BMW is moving. With a potential to spread into 13,500 ft.² coming from 7800 ft.² they are all kind of opportunities.

I wrote this about a week and a half ago. Here it is the last few days. I laid this building out in CAD when I put all the lifts in and I gotta say it turned out pretty well and as a model for the new building.

Total MINI and BMW is Moving....After 13 yrs in this location, it is time to move on. The building was sold in July and we fortunately had the perfect timing on being offered to buy a property at 4747 Franchise street, North Charleston SC 29418, which is right off Dorchester Road across from Archdale/Bosch. We are doing some renovations and cleanup to that property and will continue to do so until after our relocation by September 20th, but expect to be in business by the end of that week. We will continue operations here until the 18th of September. Phone and text will not change and we can be reached at 843-552-5550. Looking forward to the next 17 years in business and meeting all of your MINI and BMW service needs like we have as always.

So that tool I made for the N. 55 ends up working pretty well after all. You gotta prove it to be sure, or disprove everything else.

When there’s not a tool available, make it!! N55 powered F30 BMW with a hard to find oil getting in coolant(1 teaspoon every 500 miles or so).

Don’t want to change your cabin filter like we recommend, will make more money changing your evaporator core if you don’t…. These leaves are acidic and created a chemical reaction with the aluminum evaporator core and made it leak. Maintenance is essential, just do it.

Early morning trolley jack repair….leaking hydraulic cylinder. May as well just tear it down and check everything. Then since they’re almost probably used equally, do the other one next.
