Myers Driving School is wish everyone a safe holiday. Please buckle up!

As my photo clearly proves… I do not belong in a child’s car seat. But kids do — and when they’re in one, how they’re buckled matters more than we sometimes realize.

Quick reminder for parents and caregivers: puffy winter coats and car seats do NOT mix.

Here’s why:
• Puffy coats create hidden slack in the harness.
• In a crash, that padding compresses instantly.
• What felt “tight enough” can suddenly become way too loose.
• That can allow a child to slip out of the straps or be thrown forward, risking serious injury.

👉 Safer move:
Buckle your child in without the bulky coat, tighten the harness properly, then lay the coat or a blanket over the straps to keep them warm.

Cold kids are uncomfortable.
Loose harnesses are dangerous.

Do not let the presence of Screech’s awesome leather driving gloves confuse you into thinking this is an actual car. Even Mr. Tuttle would approve of all our options for Drivers Ed Training. Students can start as early as 15 and 5 months and take advantage of or weekend and weekday classes, virtually or in person.

Take it from Ricky Bobby.....you do NOT want to be last to sign up for Drivers Ed! We currently are offering virtual classes in the evenings and in person classes in the mornings. Don't look back and regret not getting your classes completed for driving school. We have several options available including virtual(evening classes) and in person classes(morning classes). Call the office today to register and start as soon as you'd like.

Parents......even Danny Tanner needed backup. This summer we have our BLITZ weeks available. Students can get on our behind the wheel wait list quicker by attending our Summer BLITZ week and completing all 24 hrs of classes back to back.
