Nothing beats the look of a freshly refinished set of wheels.

If you live in Minnesota, you already know what happens to factory polished wheels with clear coat. Road salt, moisture, and time eventually creep under the clear, causing peeling, oxidation, and that cloudy, white appearance.

These 21” Ford wheels came in looking rough, were stripped back to bare aluminum, refinished, and brought back to life. Finished off with a fresh set of rubber, they’re ready for many more miles.

Before powder coating comes the most important step: surface preparation.

Every wheel pictured here has been white metal blasted—the highest standard of abrasive blasting. That means all paint, rust, corrosion, and contaminants have been completely removed, leaving nothing but clean, bare metal.

Why does it matter?

Because the durability of any coating starts with the surface underneath it. White metal blasting gives powder coating the best possible foundation for maximum adhesion and long-term performance.
