Stretch wrap and straps shouldn’t be doing all the work.

When a product doesn’t sit securely on its pallet, it can shift in transit, take longer to position, and require extra packaging just to keep it in place.

The plywood cleat shown here creates a physical guide for the product. Depending on the application, cleats can improve placement, speed up loading, limit sideways movement, and provide better protection for machinery, containers, or odd-shaped items.

Some loads need more than a standard deck board surface. 📦

For certain products, the pallet surface can make a difference in how the load performs during handling, storage, staging, and transportation.

Small items can shift. Thin-bottom boxes bags, liners, or packaging materials can snag. Concentrated loads can place pressure where the product needs more stability.
