We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to the success of our repair process, ensuring all parts are accurately sourced, ordered, and delivered on time to keep repairs on schedule. The ideal candidate has prior automotive parts experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and communicates effectively with technicians, estimators, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming parts for accuracy and damage
Manage returns, core parts, and warranty claims efficiently
Track all parts orders and maintain up-to-date status in shop management systems
Proactively follow up on backorders and resolve parts delays
Coordinate with estimators and technicians to ensure seamless workflow
Organize, label, and stage parts for each repair order
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts area
Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of automotive parts experience required (collision repair experience strongly preferred)
Ability to read and interpret repair estimates
Experience with CCC preferred
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Basic computer proficiency
