I have 2 complete 525’s here that are disassembled, anyone want them? They were torn down to verify the pinion shafts are good ( they both are, which is rare) 3.56 final drive units, 50.00 each picked up…. I’m not offering shipping, because it would require reassembly. You’ll get every bolt and nut to them and every internal. At this point, they’re taking up space, I’m tired of moving them around, if no one wants them, they’ll go into scrap I guess, I can’t keep everything that everyone else might need

Took sh*tbox #2 drag racing last weekend. Went to the house of traction (Cecil county drag strip) and made 4 passes, the car put in some work and managed to remain an 11 second car. Sunday was day 2 of drag racing, this time at New Jersey’s last drag strip ( Island Dragway) managed to get 7 passes in there, most in the 11’s. Was great to actually get out with the car and enjoy it!!

My personal automatic is complete!!! Special thanks to Lengel, ,Frankie Duma and YostBuilt, they’ve all helped me with supplying parts at some point that I’ve squirreled away till now. Specs include; billet input,output,ring and pinion, pinion support, billet transfer cover and diff cover. 5 clutch fwd clutch, 6 clutch direct clutch, 5 pinion planetary,peloquin l*d with cheetah RMVB and Florida torque convertor

And so it begins, finally after more than a decade , I’m getting around to building my own auto transmission. Not pictured is the reverse manual valve body, should be fun to say the least and I’ll have the tried n true 555 with quaife to go through and list for sale if anyone is interested. Stay tuned!!!!!!

Anyone looking for a 555 hybrid transmission? For those that don’t know, a hybrid is combining a 555 with a 520 specifically the 520 ring and pinion for a lower final drive ratio with the strength of the 555 speed gears and Input shaft, makes a killer setup for street and strip when combined with an L*D. Anyway, I’m currently planning to build a hybrid 555 with 3.50 final drive ratio, would come with all the usual rebuild items I do on every rebuild, 1500.00 plus shipping NO CORE REQUIRED, DOES NOT INCLUDE AN L*D, what an L*D installed in it? No problem, simply order it from modern performance and have it shipped directly to me and it’ll be installed while the trans is being built for no extra charge. Currently only have this one transmission available, so if you’re interested and looking, now is the time to pull the trigger
