Wouldn't this bowl look nice on your table or counter top displaying fruit. Maybe even using it for a popcorn bowl or just sitting on a shelf to admire it. I used Red Oak wood and a Padauk base for the contrast. 7 1/4" in diameter and 3" tall. 61 total pieces and is very sturdy. My latest segmented bowl, stands 5 1/2" tall x 7 5/8" in diameter. Has 61 total pieces of Cherry, Walnut and Maple A solid Cherry base. This is for sale as all my pieces. Had this laying around the shop, so thought I'd spend some time and finish it. So finished hollowing it out, a little sanding and threw on some color. This small pot is plain and simple but still nice. Denny d2woodturning.com
