Diagnostic Fee Waiver
If you approve and authorize the repair on the same day of the diagnostic visit, the diagnostic fee will be waived. Only applicable labor charges and parts will apply. If the repair is not approved or scheduled that day, the standard diagnostic fee applies.
24-hour Emergency Roadside & Onsite Services
(Portal-to-Portal Billing | 2-hour minimum) All emergency calls are billed from the moment of dispatch until the job is complete.
$160/hr — Commercial Tire Service (Trucks & Trailers)
Includes: Tire removal, mounting, dismounting, and repair/patch
After-hours service charge - $25 (applies to calls before 7:00 AM or after 10:00 PM, Monday-Sunday) additional Charges: (if applicable):
Mileage & Parts Mileage Fee -$1.00 per mile after 50 miles (applies only to non-emergency, scheduled services) Parts/materials - Additional Tire disposal - $5 per tire
Labor Policy
-Labor is billed using standard industry book times, not actual time spent.
-Additional labor may apply for rusted, seized, modified, or damaged components.
-Estimates may change if additional issues are discovered during repair.
Cancellation Policy To respect scheduled appointments and travel time, cancellations made after the technician is in route or arrived, are subject to a $75 Service Call / Travel Fee.
