Full-Time Office Assistant | Wattier’s Auto Body

We’re looking for a friendly, positive & dependable person to join our team!

The right person will be:

* 😊 A people person with a great attitude
* 🤝 Easy to work with & a team player
* 📞 Comfortable with customers & insurance companies
* 🗂️ Organized with files, paperwork & details
* 💻 Comfortable with computers & willing to learn
* ✨ Clean, neat & professional in appearance

This position includes customer service, insurance communication, estimates, paperwork and general office duties.

Insurance/auto body & QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!

🕗 Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM

We’re a small, close-knit team that works hard, helps each other and likes to have fun along the way. ❤️

Today, we remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the brave first responders and everyday heroes who showed incredible courage in the face of tragedy.

May we also remember how our country came together — supporting one another, helping our neighbors, and standing united.
