Race day with Playground Outlaws 🏁💨

Today definitely wasn’t Swayze’s day, but we still saw a HUGE improvement from her last race!

First race, her competitor broke, but Swayze wasn’t really moving either, so we thought we had a battery issue. Second race… same thing. 🤦‍♀️

Turns out she was in LOW GEAR. 😂 Apparently she managed to bump the shifter by accident.

Third race, everything was finally where it should be. She took off and then died. 🤦‍♂️ A wire going to the battery broke.

Sometimes racing is just like that. 😂 But we’re proud of this girl and how much she’s improved since her last race!

We’re proud to sponsor Playground Outlaws and even more excited to watch this organization grow from the sponsor side AND the parent side as Swayze continues racing.

Now let’s get those other cars back up and running because this girl is READY TO SEND IT! 🏁🔥

Laying down the first hits of color on this square body.

This is only the beginning, but seeing that first color hit the panel is when you know this thing is about to get nasty. The color combo we’ve got planned for the finished truck is going to be 🔥🔥🔥.

Stay tuned. This one is gonna be a damn showstopper. 🖤

Starting the year off LOUD 💚
Kicking things off with a Kawasaki green roof.

The car isn’t ready for full paint yet, but we’re getting the roof dialed in and prepped for the roof scoop. Sometimes progress isn’t flashy — it’s strategic.

Fast build. Clean prep. One step closer every day.
Stay tuned… this one’s gonna be worth the wait. 🔥🏁

Big shoutout to our VoTech student who’s been putting in work after school a few days a week. 🔧🔥
He just wrapped up a hood that a customer grabbed from the salvage yard — it came in rough, but he brought it back to life and gave it the love it needed.

We’re proud of the next generation learning the trade and getting hands-on experience here at MAD Performance. 👊
Quality work, real skills, and a whole lot of MADness.

To our Veterans — we see you, we honor you, and we thank you.

Small business hits different.
We’re not backed by corporations, investors, or some unlimited budget.
We’re backed by family — ours and the few hands in this shop who give everything to the work they do.

When you choose to support a local shop, you’re helping feed our kids, keep good people employed, and build something worth passing on to the next generation.

And part of that support is simple: pay your bill on time.
Respect goes both ways.
We show up. We put in the hours. We do the job right.
All we ask is that the same respect comes back.

We’re not just building cars out here — we’re building a future.
MAD love to those who get it. 🤝🔥

Happy Sunday, MAD fam! 💪
Shop cleanup day — dust flying, tools clanking, and the chaos getting wrangled (for now 😏). Gotta make room for the next round of builds and a little more madness.

Who’s bringing Dutch Bros to keep us going? ☕️🔥

What’s your Sunday look like?

🔥 Fresh outta the booth🔥

Just finished laying down a matte indigo blue on the shop truck for Hot Rod Roosters Powder Coating & Performance — and this thing hits different. That metallic flake gives it just enough pop to make heads snap when it rolls by. 😎💨

Paint by MAD Performance, where we don’t do “ordinary.”
We love teaming up with the Roosters — these collabs always come out straight fire. 🔥🐓
Can’t wait to see this beast fully finished and tearing up the streets. 👀💪

Built to haul. Painted to flex.
