ACE REDRIVES USA IS OFFICIALLY HERE!
North American distribution, support, and stocking for Ace Aviation redrive systems
Big news for the experimental, ultralight, and light aircraft community.
We are excited to officially announce the launch of Ace Redrives USA, owned and operated by Av8r Capital Group Corp, the same company behind the revival of Mini-Max USA and Carlson Aircraft.
Ace Redrives USA will now handle United States and Canada sales, support, stocking, and distribution for Ace Aviation redrive systems.
Ace Aviation has built a strong international name for lightweight redrive systems used on V-twin, single-cylinder, and other alternative aircraft engine applications. The product has been out there. The interest has been out there. The challenge for North American builders has been the buying experience.
International ordering.
Bank wire payments.
Shipping uncertainty.
Tariffs and import math.
Long lead times.
Limited domestic support.
Unclear parts availability.
That changes now.
Ace Redrives USA is being built to solve those problems for the U.S. and Canadian market.
Going forward, our goal is simple:

The first production batch is already underway and is expected to be ready to ship within approximately 45 days. We will be stocking units here in the United States and building inventory around the most common applications for the North American experimental and ultralight market.

We will be focusing heavily on redrives for the engine platforms many builders are working with today, including Briggs-based V-twins, Predator-style V-twins, 4-stroke singles, and higher-output alternative engine packages where appropriate.
The opening product lineup will include V-groove belt and toothed belt redrive options across multiple horsepower ranges. Toothed belt systems will be a major focus for higher-output V-twin applications because they allow lower belt tension and reduce unnecessary load on crankshaft and redrive bearings when properly installed and maintained.
We are also working to simplify the entire parts and support side of the business. Builders should know exactly what they are buying, what is included, what additional parts may be required, and what the correct installation expectations are before they get deep into a project.
This is not just a product listing.
This is a North American support structure.
