Shaw Ranch Studio I operate a small hybrid recording studio specializing in live room, track, and demo recording. We can record digital or analog depending on clients needs.

We also offer live sound reinforcement, on site recording and more! Located just outside of Bloserville PA, on my personal property of about 1 1/2 acres the transformed barn/garage studio has turned out a handful of great projects thus far and hopes to continue doing so. We have a 16'x20' live room w/15' high ceilings with lots of great natural reverb and comfortable decor with a laid back atmosph

ere and friendly staff to help make your recording project easy and enjoyable. The studio is mostly analog ( mixer, outboard pre-amps and compressors not to mention the wonderful array of microphones that we have accumulated. ) We can record up to 24 channels simultaneously with our Antelope Audio converters, and run multiple separate headphone mixes. Cubase 11 is our primary DAW in the digital realm, but we also have an all analog option running strictly tape. There are drums and a small selection of amplifiers and guitars on site ( Fender, Ampeg , Marshall, Tama ) that artists are welcome to use. Of course you are welcome to bring your own setup as well. Large photo dump of the last few weeks. The little squiggly guy was on Laurel Run Road in Tuscarora forest camping with .a.becker and ,then Shakemore with and and where I was so busy I didn’t even get a picture over the 4 days I was there! All I have is this stage plot for my setup lol! Then straight into running sound for last week for 2 nights. Amazing show, amazing people. I think he has a few songs about Richard Nixon I haven’t heard yet 😆! Then back home recording for 2 days straight in the studio with ! Of course with all those miles wear and tear is bound to happen so I also had some repairs to do. Trailer is good to go with some beefier springs and new hardware. 👍 We’ll be back out on the road this weekend running sound at 2 venues during ! Multiple venues over 100 bands over the course of the weekend all rocking for charity ! Thanks everyone, we wouldn’t be here without all the help and support of friends, family and the music community here in South Central PA. ❤️
